Sigler Companies Acquires T. Galaxy Screen Printing, Embroidery and Ad Specialty Operations

Ames, IOWA, May 4, 2006 – Sigler Companies today announced the acquisition of the production and sales segments of T. Galaxy, a well-known apparel, merchandise and ad specialty company based in Ames and Des Moines.

Today’s acquisition by Sigler Companies includes T. Galaxy’s screenprinting and embroidery operations in Ames and Des Moines. The T. Galaxy retail locations in Ames and Okoboji, Iowa and Boulder, Colorado will remain a Nadler Brothers Company.

T. Galaxy screen printing, embroidery and ad specialty operations will be renamed as the fifth business unit under Sigler Companies, which currently consists of:

Innova Ideas & Services – A creative services company offering marketing, public relations, graphic design, web site development, copywriting and fundraising. Innova has two offices in Des Moines and one in Ames.

Sigler Printing & Publishing – A premier printing facility offering state-of-the-art pre-press, printing, finishing, bindery, shipping and mailing capabilities.

McMillen Publishing – A publishing company offering complete production services for authors wishing to self-publish their works.

United Fulfillment Solutions – An automated warehousing and fulfillment facility offering storage, inventory control, packing and shipping.
